These Terms of Use govern access to yarian.com, Yarian Works applications, and Yarian Works AI integrations, including Microsoft Teams integrations. By using these services, you agree to these terms and to any policies or permissions applicable to the workspace or organization in which you use them.

You may use the services only for lawful purposes and only within the permissions granted to your account, role, workspace, team, or organization. You may not attempt to bypass identity, security, authorization, rate, spending, or operational controls.

Yarian Works systems may use authenticated identity, role, channel, workspace, and other contextual information to determine what information or actions are available to a user. A prompt, mention, trigger, schedule, or message does not itself grant authority to access restricted context or perform restricted actions.

AI-generated responses can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it for consequential decisions. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the services are not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, safety, engineering, or other licensed professional advice.

Some features depend on third-party platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Azure, cloud services, or other connected providers. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms, policies, availability, and technical limitations.

You remain responsible for content you submit and for ensuring you have the right to provide it. You grant Yarian Works the limited permission necessary to process that content for operating, securing, troubleshooting, and delivering the service you requested.

You may not use the services to violate law, infringe rights, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, interfere with system operation, evade access controls, impersonate another person, or intentionally expose confidential information to unauthorized users.

Services may change, be suspended, or become unavailable as systems, providers, integrations, or business requirements evolve. We may modify features and these terms when reasonably necessary.

To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Yarian Works will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of or inability to use the services. Any limitation that cannot legally be applied will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Access may be limited or terminated when necessary for security, policy enforcement, legal compliance, account administration, or protection of Yarian Works, its users, or connected systems.
